About MIHO Soju

MIHO is India's first Soju Brand. After Goa and Karnataka, we are launching in Maharashtra. We are looking for a field sales person who understands the Mumbai Suburb (Western Line) alcobev market and can grow sales in retail stores.

Job Role:

• Visit retail stores and wholesalers regularly
• Take orders and increase sales
• Make sure stock is available in stores
• Track stock movement and re-orders
• Maintain shelf visibility and merchandising
• Build strong relationships with shop owners
• Coordinate with distributor sales team
• Find new stores and expand market reach
• Give regular market feedback

Must Have

• Must be from Mumbai

OR

• Must have lived in Mumbai for at least 10 years
• Has own vehicle

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in Alcobev sales - Retail
• 4+ years preferred experience in Mumbai Alcobev sales.

Other Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Should know the market well
• Should be comfortable with daily field travel
• Must be hardworking and good with retailer relationships
• Basic computer skills i.e. MS Office is a bonus
