Test Analyst

We are seeking a Testing Analyst specializing in Payments and Collections within Corporate Banking. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FAST payments, PayNow (CAS), and a bonus if familiar with instant payments and collections in Malaysia (MY), Hong Kong (HK), and Macau (MO). A solid understanding of sanctions screening, ERP systems, encryption protocols, maker-checker processes, and experience using JIRA and industry-standard testing practices is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end testing activities for FAST payments, PayNow (CAS), and collections systems.

• Conduct functional and integration testing across payment and collection solutions for corporate clients.

• Validate compliance with sanctions screening requirements during testing cycles.

• Collaborate with ERP integration teams to ensure secure and accurate transaction processing.

• Ensure adherence to encryption standards and maker-checker control processes in corporate banking systems.

• Manage and track defects and enhancements through JIRA.

• Work closely with product, development, and business teams to resolve testing issues and ensure product quality.

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.

• Monitor evolving industry practices and incorporate best practices into testing processes.

Key Requirements:

• Strong product knowledge in FAST payments, PayNow (CAS), and payment/collection processes.

• (Bonus) Familiarity with instant payments and collections in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Macau.

• Good understanding of sanctions screening and compliance in financial transactions.

• Solid corporate banking knowledge, including ERP integration, encryption, and maker-checker workflows.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project collaboration.

• Familiarity with industry-standard testing frameworks and QA methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to testing.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
