The Corporate Planning Capabilities (CPC) organization is seeking a self-motivated, experienced, detail-oriented Test Lead to help accelerate the progress along our IDM 2.0 journey and help us drive excellence in Business Test Execution across all CPC Programs. The Test Lead will have the opportunity to manage the successful delivery of Intel supply chain solutions while working across functional areas with business stakeholders and partnering with technology partners to deliver innovative enterprise solutions for Intel.

The Test Lead will be responsible for working with our Programs SMEs and Business stakeholders to facilitate and drive flawless execution of our Business Testing phases, through to Deployment, leveraging the best in industry BKMs and strategies. The Business Test Lead will oversee, facilitate, and standardize the way CPC Programs deliver this most critical phase of a Program deployment. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Create high confidence project development and execution plans with well-defined objectives, milestones, and measurable success criteria.

• Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.

• Keep the project on track; effectively work through challenges with functional areas and executive management.

• Lead the project team in complex technical and non-technical problem solving.

• Ensure risks are defined, communicated, and addressed through mitigation plans.

• Implements program management BKM's as defined by the PMO.

• Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies the knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project completion.

• Documentation of Program test plan, including overall test approach, defect management, deliverables, roles and responsibilities, common test data approach and timeline.

• Working with Program SMEs, Business Users, and representatives to have Business Test Cases documented (Jira/Excel).

• Coordinating with Downstream Applications for testing requirements or testing activities.

• Definition and roll-up of test metrics for progress and status tracking Scheduling/leading/chairing weekly Testing readiness meetings.

• Management of the test plan, results, progress, and defects for Business Testing Communication and reporting test progress and status to Program and leadership teams.

• Coordinating creation and disposition of Testing defects (Jira/Excel).

• Escalating risks and issues to technical teams for resolution.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in:

  • Validation or Testing experience.

  • Proven track record for managing complex projects with highly matrixed teams across multiple geographies.

  • Utilizing program execution methods for schedule creation and tracking, risk management definition, tracking and mitigation, resource planning, team minutes creation, AR tracking, financial tracking, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business.

• 4+ years of experience or knowledge in:

  • Utilizing Intel best known methods for program structures, Gladius, etc.

  • With structured product development and manufacturing processes, product lifecycle gate release process, and change control processes.

  • Managing and facilitating large groups to a common goal Validation, Testing experience with Agile and Waterfall operating model methodologies Jira, Excel, MS Office experience with Supply Chain technology, solutions, and manufacturing highly desirable.

  • Engineering, technical solution experience highly desirable.

  • Supply chain solution deployment experience desirable.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $132,810.00-$187,500.00

• Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model
