Pour l’un de nos clients, une grande compagnie d’assurances située à Luxembourg, nous recherchons un Test Manager.
Vos responsabilités :
Piloter la phase de Testing de nos projets de développements logiciels ;Participer au suivi du planning des réalisations en collaboration avec le chef de projet ;
Définir la stratégie de tests, prépare les scénarii de tests, suit leur parfaite exécution et rapporte les résultats ;
Coordonner et encadrer l’équipe de tests : Organiser le travail de testing, assigner les activités et assurer la communication sur l’avancement auprès de l’équipe.
Animer des réunions de coordination et de réflexion sur différents thèmes.
Acteur de l’amélioration continue, le test manager est force de proposition sur les améliorations à mettre en œuvre notamment en termes d’Industrialisation des processus de tests.
Profil recherché :
Universitaire avec une expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans en testing. Une connaissance des métiers de l’assurance IARD est un plus ;Maîtrise les techniques de testing (ex. ISTQB Foundation), des compétences en approche « Agile – Continuous Delivery » seront un plus ;
Analytique, synthétique et pragmatique ;
Autonome, a le sens des relations humaines et la capacité à travailler en équipe ;
Maîtrise impérative du français et de l’anglais.
