Your Team
In the IT Core Services division, we deal with the development and implementation
of new software solutions through to the maintenance and support of existing applications.

• Coordinate all test activities in the CRM & BSS area and coordinate regularly with developers, testers, project managers, external partners and stakeholders
• Actively drive the further development of IT test processes for test preparation, UAT and automation
• Plan test resources, document and execute test cases and take over the reporting
• Ensure that all UAT test cases are correctly planned and executed or handed over to the specialist departments for business validation
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues with your team during the test phase
