Key Areas of responsibility

Responsible for overall test engineering (Subsystem and System-level) activities

within the team

Analyze requirements and determine product testing parameters
Defining Test concept
Writing test plans, defining test cases and test scenarios for the product.
Coordinate/communicate with team members failed test cases or errors in the

product and to ensure problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user

satisfaction.

Responsible for maintaining traceability requirements for the products
Responsible for reliability testing of systems and subsystems
Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
Preparing test reports for management

Job knowledge, skills and experience

Bachelor/ Master in electronics/electrical engineering with at least 5 years of

experience in relevant test engineering activities

Extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures (test case definition,

testing models, usage of required test tools and troubleshooting)

Knowledge of key new trends in testing systems (hardware and software) would

be an added plus

Team player driving interactions with the design team, proactively sharing test

feedback to build robust designs and products

Strong process orientation and attention to detail ensuring compliance in

documentation management and test reporting (High-level technical writing skills)

Healthcare domain experience is desirable
Strong communication skills, a down-to-earth mentality, ability to deal with a

diverse stakeholder field.

Experience in reliability methodology and prediction is desirable
