Job Description: Software Tester (Manual & Automation)

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of applications to ensure quality and identify defects.
• Design, develop, and execute automated scripts using testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Document and report test results clearly, identifying issues, tracking bugs, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product changes, functionalities, and resolve identified issues.
• Participate actively in test planning, test case creation, execution, and maintenance.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide feedback to enhance software usability and improve product reliability.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Proficient in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and software testing principles.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
