Ticket Office Clerk

We are the first point of contact for our patrons/customers and want to provide the best possible experience as they enter the world of entertainment and experiences.
- Nights and weekends required per event schedule.
- Willingness to learn the ticket system and other programs as applicable.
- Accurately sell tickets to Caine College of the Arts (CCA) events and Athletic events.
- Cash handling and processing payments of large values.
- Answering the phone, greeting patrons/customers in person, and other duties as assigned.
- The schedule will be set for open office hours. Events are flexible with an expectation of everyone picking up at least 2 shifts a month, or more, for busy times. Football is required in the fall.
- Quick problem solving and thinking on your feet.
- Professional demeanor and can follow directions.
- Customer service experience required
- Cash Handling experience required
- Good verbal communication skills, in person and over the phone.
- Punctuality
