Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Members, Supervisor to lead our food service team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation. This role requires strong leadership, excellent time management, and a solid understanding of food industry practices to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cashiers
- Ensure efficient food preparation and presentation in accordance with quality standards
- Oversee cashiering operations using Micros POS systems, including cash handling and POS transactions
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to comply with health regulations
- Assist with food handling, serving, and upselling to enhance customer experience and maximize sales
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members to improve performance and service quality
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, with a strong background in food preparation, cashiering, or serving roles
- Familiarity with Micros POS or similar POS systems; cash handling experience preferred
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and food handling protocols
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and supervise team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Good communication skills focused on customer service excellence
- Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.52-$18.00 per hour
