Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record all drivers’ punch IN and OUT from biometric / timekeeping systems on a daily basis.
- Verify that each driver is punching as per assigned shift (start time, end time, break time) and highlight deviations.
- Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance sheets for all drivers (present, absent, late, early out, overtime).
- Call and follow up with drivers before shift start to ensure they report on time and are ready with their assigned vehicle and route.
- Track all drivers during the day as per route plan or trip sheet, coordinating with Dispatch/Operations for any changes in schedule.
- Inform the Logistics/Transport Manager immediately in case of no‑show, late arrival, or early punch out of any driver.
- Maintain and update driver roster/shift schedule (weekly/monthly) in coordination with the Transport/Operations team.
- Coordinate with HR/Payroll to share final attendance, overtime hours, and discrepancy reports for salary processing within the defined timeline.
- Investigate and correct attendance issues such as missed punches, duplicate punches, or system errors after approval from the supervisor.
- Maintain proper records and files (soft copy and hard copy) of attendance, shift rosters, and driver contact details for audit and reference.
- Support management with daily/weekly MIS reports on driver availability, utilization, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all timekeeping data and follow company policies related to attendance and discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
