About Us
Capital Auto Auction is an established online public auto auction in the business of selling good, clean used vehicles at bargain rates. Open to dealers and the public, our Business has been serving the Philadelphia community for quality vehicles for over 28 years.
Job Description
As the face of Capital Auto Auction, you will serve as a customer ambassador answering questions and processing sales. You bring a winning personality and a passion for automobiles with an ability to problem solve.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on payment options
- Process payments as needed while providing receipts
- Reassign and complete title and Bill of Sale documents. Confirm accuracy of title work for each car sold
- Answer phone with excellent customer service
- Manage incoming and outgoing mailing for client paperwork
Note this is an in-office position located at our offices in Philadelphia, PA
Qualifications
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others
- Able to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Excellent communicator
- Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
- Must be professional and courteous with customers and fellow team members
- Experience in the automotive space including title work is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
