As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our Escrow Department and help us continue delivering exceptional service.

Position Overview

This role sits at the center of the closing process. You’ll manage transactions from clear to close through post-closing, ensuring details are handled accurately, timelines stay on track, and clients feel confident throughout the process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Balancing and closing escrow files for purchase and refinance transactions
• Coordinating closely with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors to ensure seamless transactions
• Preparing real estate closing documents with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Collaborating with lenders on Closing Disclosure preparation and file balancing
• Disbursing funds and completing post-closing follow-up
• Maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout each transaction
• Building strong, professional relationships with clients and industry partners
• Contributing to a team culture built on reliability, respect, and shared success

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in title, escrow, or real estate closings preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A dependable professional who consistently meets deadlines and follows through
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work
• Ability to manage multiple transactions confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client experience and professionalism

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
