Job Title: Title Processor

Job responsibilities will include full TITLE PROCESSING:
· File opener
· Ordering Search, Taxes, Payoffs etc…
· Review and clearing of title.
· Preparing settlement statements.
· Preparing file for Title Closer.
Compensation:
· $ 55,000.00 - $ 80,000.00 yearly starting salary.
· 5-10% salary increase upon yearly review.
· Bonus/ Profit Sharing.
· Commissions on personal referrals.

· Work from home flexibility when needed.
Office Location: Lehigh Valley
