Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their to-go orders, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Use restaurant table management systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders accurately
• Communicate clearly with guests via phone, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and provide accurate information about menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, adhering to food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
• Assist with guest relations by providing exceptional service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurant to-go management or host/hostess roles preferred but not required
• Food service experience, especially in hospitality or guest services environments, is highly valued
• Familiarity with restaurant table management systems and POS systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing order totals
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and hospitality standards is desirable
• Experience working in hotel or restaurant environments will enhance your ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences
