Job Overview:

Tool Crib Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the Machining/Tooling Inventory Management and Storeroom Operations, such as (but not limited to) handling parts, receiving, stocking, issuing, labeling, cycle counting, delivery, reporting, interfacing with purchasing, client end users and occasional supplier interaction. In providing direct material support to the company’s key customers, this position requires the candidate to successfully take ownership and function as the Machining/Tooling Inventory Management and Storeroom Operations Champion

Experience in the following roles is preferred: Inventory Management, Tool Crib Attendant, Inventory Specialist, Inventory Control, Warehouse Associate, Material Control, and Shipping/Receiving Associate.

Qualifications:

· Strong Computer skills a must and familiarity with ERP software is preferred

· Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced and challenging environment

· Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, practices, and procedures

· A High School diploma or equivalent required

· Preferably minimum 3 years experience in inventory/warehouse/storeroom operations

· Must be able to lift weight unaided of up to 50 pounds; higher weights using equipment such as pallet jacks

· Must be a motivated self-starter with strong detail, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

· Prior experience in industrial vending machines stocking applications beneficial

· Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Professional and Customer service oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
