Tour Guide

At WA NT TOURS, we believe that touring should feel like a road trip with friends rather than a typical tour experience. With over 25 years of experience, we pride ourselves on being a premier travel service, specialising in German-guided tours for small groups throughout the breathtaking Australian landscapes.

We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Tour Guide to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will combine top-notch driving skills, in-depth knowledge of our amazing attractions, and exceptional customer service to create magical moments.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking research and planning tours
• Preparing and giving presentations
• Offering sightseeing advice
• Organising and leading excursions
• Transporting and accompanying tourists
• Ensuring guests have the best experience possible in a safe environment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English – your language skills are key!
• In-depth knowledge of Australia’s geography, history, and attractions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as a Tour Guide or in a similar role – your journey matters!
• Familiarity with small group dynamics and customer-focused service
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and unexpected challenges
• Valid LR-B driver’s license with a clean driving record and passenger transport drivers (PTD) authorisation
• Holder of a valid HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate
• Enthusiasm for sharing the beauty and uniqueness of our region with our guests.
