Tour Guide Freelance H/F

Guydeez is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts to join our team in Auckland to deliver private and personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers.

As a Guydeez host, you don’t need to be a professional tour guide. We seek passionate individuals who love their city and want travelers to feel the same way.

Role Overview:

• Position: Freelance Tour Guide
• Location: Auckland
• Contract Type: Freelance
• Payment: Fixed salary of 279 NZD/day
• Flexible: Work days and hours that fit your schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct private and personalized walking tours with travelers.
• Share your extensive knowledge of Auckland history, culture, and attractions.
• Customize tours to fit the interests and preferences of guests.

Requirements:

• Local Expertise: Excellent knowledge of Auckland landmarks, history, and culture.
• Language Skills: Fluency in one or more languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian , Portuguese , etc.) is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in guiding or hosting is a plus, but not necessary.
• Flexibility: Willingness to host various experiences, typically from 3 to 8 hours.
• Passion for Food: Interest in hosting food-related tours is a plus.
