Guydeez is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts to join our team in Auckland to deliver private and personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers.
As a Guydeez host, you don’t need to be a professional tour guide. We seek passionate individuals who love their city and want travelers to feel the same way.
Role Overview:
- Position: Freelance Tour Guide
- Location: Auckland
- Contract Type: Freelance
- Payment: Fixed salary of 279 NZD/day
- Flexible: Work days and hours that fit your schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct private and personalized walking tours with travelers.
- Share your extensive knowledge of Auckland history, culture, and attractions.
- Customize tours to fit the interests and preferences of guests.
Requirements:
- Local Expertise: Excellent knowledge of Auckland landmarks, history, and culture.
- Language Skills: Fluency in one or more languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian , Portuguese , etc.) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in guiding or hosting is a plus, but not necessary.
- Flexibility: Willingness to host various experiences, typically from 3 to 8 hours.
- Passion for Food: Interest in hosting food-related tours is a plus.
