First Choice Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant Trainee
Our Dental Practice is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the dental industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting dentists during dental procedures
- Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Sterilizing dental instruments
- Providing patient education and oral hygiene instructions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field

This position is for a person who wants a career in dental, not suitable to University students as the role is for 38 hours per week while undertaking a certificate 3 in Dental Assisting.

The role will be busy, demanding and rewarding for the right person.
Our practice hours are:
Monday and Wednesday 8.45 am to 5.30pm
Tuesday and Thursday 8.45am to 7.30pm
Friday 8am to 4pm (Saturday will be reopening soon)
No previous dental experience needed, only your willingness to learn, a positive attitude and your contribution to advance within our growing team.

Pay: $31,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
