Engineering IT Summer trainee
Do you want to be part of creating a sustainable environment? Are you interested to work in an international, multicultural, and innovative company? We are looking for a student (e.g. B.Eng. or M.Sc. degree on Information Technology or Energy) to work as a Summer Trainee in Engineering IT department located in Varkaus.
Your main focus area in your summer job is to support Engineering IT team in various tasks and develop design applications. Depending on your education and interest, you will work with Siemens COMOS application in various roles. You will do basic configuration and scripting to the system. On the other hand, engineering related work will be part of your role, like create project structures and PI&D’s. In this task you will need good co-operation skills and problem-solving mind set. Also, good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English is required. We would like to see basic skills and interests for COMOS and for some coding language to succeed in the summer training.
