For our Employee Benefits Business, we are looking for a trainee for min 6 months, for our Customer Services Team in charge of our clients requests.
Your Role :
- Support the administration of our contracts’ portfolio (prepare files for clients, client requests, investments, claim payments, web-login etc…)
- Learn about Swiss Life’s products, clients and internal processes
- Be an active team player and contribute to the effective operation of the Client Services team taking into account the priorities of the department
- Learn to provide high quality services and timely response to our customers
Your Profile :
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar diploma
- Business fluency in English, French and/or German
- Highly motivated and self-driven, solution-oriented mindset
