Your Role

You will join the Internal Communications team. You will be supervised by the Internal Communication Manager, and part of the International Division. Your tasks will include the following:

Contribute to the planning, implementation and monitoring of the internal communication editorial plan, designed to actively engage and connect with thousands of our international colleagues
Create, write and design engaging content for our internal channels (intranet, newsletters, presentations, TV screens, events, videos)
Assist in the organisation and logistics of internal events (both remotely and in-person)
Create, design and review communication materials, such as specific visuals, infographics and PowerPoint presentations, in accordance with Swiss Life’s corporate identity / design
Responsible for updating and reviewing internal documents (layout and content)
Provide administrative support with various projects led by HR Team Members

Your Profile

Currently studying for a Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
Open to either full-time internship (min. 6 months) or part-time alternance (10-12 months) as from July
Knowledge of Canva and/or the Adobe suite is considered as a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Some video editing experience is also an advantage
Proficient in English (other local languages, such as French is an asset)
Team player with a strong openness to connecting with new colleagues
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Accurate, reliable, attentive to detail
Creative, dynamic and flexible
