Your Role

Investment strategy review, compliance check, resolving investment breaches with external asset managers
Perform pre-compliance checks of new portfolio investments in accordance with applicable regulations
Develop a library and expert understanding of a broad range of fund regulatory requirements to provide confident opinion and guidance to our Sales team, External Partners and Internal Clients
Review governing documents; identify and resolve interpretive issues while ensuring regulatory compliance
Review eligibility of assets, classify investments, create and maintain records in accordance with legal regulations

Your Profile

Currently studying a Master’s Degree in Market Finance or related fields, including courses about financial markets, investment portfolio management and risk management
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, French is an asset
Sound knowledge of Excel
Accurate, reliable, good analytical skills
Flexible, autonomous, and with team-playing abilities
