Your Role
- Investment strategy review, compliance check, resolving investment breaches with external asset managers
- Perform pre-compliance checks of new portfolio investments in accordance with applicable regulations
- Develop a library and expert understanding of a broad range of fund regulatory requirements to provide confident opinion and guidance to our Sales team, External Partners and Internal Clients
- Review governing documents; identify and resolve interpretive issues while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Review eligibility of assets, classify investments, create and maintain records in accordance with legal regulations
Your Profile
- Currently studying a Master’s Degree in Market Finance or related fields, including courses about financial markets, investment portfolio management and risk management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, French is an asset
- Sound knowledge of Excel
- Accurate, reliable, good analytical skills
- Flexible, autonomous, and with team-playing abilities
