About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Trainee Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in logistics and operations within a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring deliveries and collections run smoothly, supporting drivers, and helping maintain accurate stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking deliveries and monitoring driver progress throughout the day
• Organising daily delivery runs and planning optimised routes for drivers
• Checking outgoing pallets to ensure correct quantities and accuracy before dispatch
• Coordinating customer collections and managing returns
• Communicating with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
• Assisting with resolving delivery issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Confident using computers and logistics systems
• Problem-solving mindset
• A team player with a proactive attitude

No previous logistics experience is required — full training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop within a logistics or operations career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €29,500.00 per year
