About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Trainee Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in logistics and operations within a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring deliveries and collections run smoothly, supporting drivers, and helping maintain accurate stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking deliveries and monitoring driver progress throughout the day
- Organising daily delivery runs and planning optimised routes for drivers
- Checking outgoing pallets to ensure correct quantities and accuracy before dispatch
- Coordinating customer collections and managing returns
- Communicating with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
- Assisting with resolving delivery issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Confident using computers and logistics systems
- Problem-solving mindset
- A team player with a proactive attitude
No previous logistics experience is required — full training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop within a logistics or operations career.

Pay: From €29,500.00 per year
