Trainee, Marketing and Communications

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications intern to join our Global MarCom team for the summer 2026. Our headquarters are in Espoo, Finland, but we are open to hybrid working.

We are embarking on an exciting journey to position ourselves as a leading provider of integrated technology solutions for decarbonizing the energy systems and energy-intensive industries. The work we do will help the world to reach its net-zero goals.

If you are excited about our purpose and strategy, you might be the intern we are looking for. You will be part of the core team driving marketing and communications within SFW.

Responsibilities:

Create and publish engaging content for SFW social media and internal communications
Coordinate and update marketing and communications materials in our media library
Support internal communications development
Coordinate and update contents in www.shi-fw.com
Support the marketing and communications team in day-to-day administrative tasks and other marcom-related tasks.

We expect fluent English language skills (both written and oral) and some experience in copywriting and using digital marketing tools. A good knowledge of different design and editing programs is also beneficial in this role. During this internship you will gain valuable insights into the energy industry and the transition towards a net-zero world, as well as brand building and B2B tech marketing.

We are looking for students in academic institutions studying international business, marketing, communications, and/or sustainability.
