About Team:

The Graduate Trainee – PMO will support the Corporate PMO in project governance, reporting, and coordination activities across automotive programs. The role offers hands-on exposure to project tracking, risk management, stakeholder communication, and PMO process standardization within a structured PMO Center of Excellence (CoE) framework. .

What you can look forward to as a Trainee-PMO:

• Support project status tracking, milestone monitoring, and KPI reporting
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and management presentation
• Provide end-user support for Project Management tools
• Assist in implementation of standardized PMO processes, templates, and frameworks
• Ensure adherence to stage-gate governance and project lifecycle requirements
• Support PMO audits, compliance reviews, and project health checks
• Maintain repository of best practices and lessons learned
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within PMO CoE

Your profile as a Trainee-PMO

• Bachelor’s degree (Full-time) in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / IT) or Management (Operations / Project Management).
• 0–1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
• Familiarity with PM tools or Power BI (preferred)
• Basic understanding of automotive project lifecycle (preferred)
