Role Overview:
- Join Everwarm as a Trainee Retrofit Coordinator and learn the full retrofit assessment and delivery process in line with PAS2035 standards!
- Put your skills to the test, and with our support and expertise in the energy efficiency services industry you will soon become a qualified Retrofit Coordinator. Independently working on publicly funded frameworks to help retrofit domestic properties across Scotland and be part of a more sustainable future.
- Full training will be provided to ensure you have the correct support in place to meet the requirements of a trainee retrofit coordinator and gain the necessary skills to thrive and grow in the role.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Undertake joinery work on properties associated with refurbishment, maintenance, and project works.
- Repair, maintain and replace doors, door frames and windows.
- Undertake all joinery tasks necessary in the maintenance of flooring, roofing, skirting and ceilings.
- Carry out works in conjunction with bathroom upgrades such as wet wall paneling, boxing, pipework and installation of shower screens.
- Carry out kitchen installations to a high standard including installation of all associated fixtures/fittings.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Health and Safety and other relevant legislation.
- Always act as a representative of the company and ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
Skills & experience:
- Industry knowledge.
- Able to communicate effectively with key people.
- Essential time management skills.
- Able to assess own performance and follow training direction.
- UK driving licence.
- § Well-presented and proactive.
- Sufficiently mobile and flexible towards hours and place of work.
- Clear focus on quality of service.
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds in carpentry/joinery or equivalent
What We Offer:
- £23,400 to £25,000 depending on experience
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
