About Us

We are an established Irish lubricants supplier with a plant based in Galway. We supply a wide range of customers across industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors throughout Ireland. We are growing our sales team and looking for the right person to grow with us.

The Role

This is a structured, hands-on development role with a clear pathway into a full field sales position. You will split your week between learning the business at our Galway plant and getting real-world sales experience on the road with one of our experienced representatives.

Your Week Will Look Like This:

• 3 days per week at our Galway plant: product training, customer calls, learning our range of lubricants and their applications, and getting to grips with how the business operates
• 2 days per week in the field: travelling with an experienced sales rep, meeting customers, and seeing how successful sales relationships are built and managed

Key Responsibilities

• Developing product knowledge across our lubricants range
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Supporting the sales team with customer queries and follow-ups
• Accompanying reps on customer visits and learning territory management
• Working toward taking on your own sales territory in time

• A genuine interest in building a career in sales
• Good communication skills – confident on the phone and in person
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
• No prior industry experience required – full training provided
