Job Summary:
We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team as Trainee Sales Representatives. This is an entry-level, face-to-face sales role based in Montgomery, AL. No prior sales experience is required. If you have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we will provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in retail or event-based environments
• Promote products and services clearly and confidently
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner
