The Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) is advertising the vacant position of a
Traineeship in the International Relations Office (m/f/d)
Please note: This job offer is open for students from CUAS higher education partners because of the availa-
bility of an ERASMUS grant.
Your tasks:
Promotion of Erasmus program 2021-27 within CUAS and supporting the IRO connected with the imple-
mentation of Erasmus Program within the institution.
Organizing information sessions for outgoing students.
Co-Organizing Social Events for students
Updating and maintaining data entries in the internal administration systems.
Supporting the dissemination of international activities.
promoting Alliance programs, workshops, and initiatives to students and stakeholders through various
channels (social media, newsletters, events, etc.).
Your qualification:
Strong self-organization skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in an international
environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
IT skills with MS Office and have very good Excel skills. Additional software skills are a plus.
Experience with marketing and/or social media management is an advantage but not required.

Our offer:
Scope of employment: 35-40 hours/week (full time)
Duration: 4-6 months
Start: March 2025 (however, start date is flexible)
Location: mainly Campus Villach, Europastrasse 4, 9524 Villach-St. Magdalen
Salary: EUR 550.- gross per month.
