Trainer With English - Automotive Sector

¿Are you passionate about training and the automotive sector? At Konecta, we are looking for a talented Trainer like you!

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement training programs for campaign agents.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for the team to ensure product knowledge, service protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct practical workshops, simulations, and role-playing exercises to improve customer service and communication skills.
• Evaluate and track the performance of agents during and after training.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to identify training needs and enhance team performance.
• Update and adapt training materials in response to campaign changes and industry needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer is valued.
• Strong communication, dynamic, and motivational skills to deliver training effectively.
• Analytical ability to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Native or bilingual level in Spanish.
• Positive attitude, proactivity, and ability to work as part of a team.
