About the role
We are seeking Training Coordinators to lead the coordination of GP registrar training, managing logistics, communication, and Australian GP Training (AGPT) program delivery. Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader, you’ll collaborate with registrars, supervisors, and the medical education team to ensure program success and high-quality training outcomes.
As a Training Coordinator, you'll:
Serve as the primary contact for GP registrars, providing guidance and training support.
Coordinate GP registrar placements, ensuring alignment with program requirements and community needs.
Collaborate with the GP medical education team to facilitate program activities and resources.
Manage administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation for seamless program delivery.
Skills & Experience :
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Strong coordination and organisational skills
Proven experience in program or training management
Ability to balance planning with hands-on execution
