What will you do?


The primary objective of this internship is to collaborate and support the Training & Development Supply Chain Europe Manager in the Training People & Development Supply Chain Europe Priority Program initiatives. These include:


Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform

  • Develop training material for Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.

  • Create communication plan to enable the usage of Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform in the sites.

  • Collaborate with pre-identified sites to implement the Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform.

  • Define a process to provide timely feedback to Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform users.

  • Coordinate and organize sessions with Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform users to create a network of Skill Matrix Digital Solution Platform Subject Matter Experts.

  • Proactively propose process improvement ideas to enable a smooth implementation of the platform in different sites.

  • Administrative actions related to the tool deployment.

Training & Development

  • Process and analyse data with critical view to support training and development processes aimed at the contribution to Europe Supply Chain goals.

  • Promote, coordinate and organize trainings for Europe Supply Chain teams.

  • Track attendance, feedback surveys, follow up actions of the sessions. Contribute to the content development of the trainings – storytelling approach.

  • Administrative actions related to Training & Development when needed.

  • In summary, provide general support to other Europe Supply Chain Training & Development related programs including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, tracking, emailing.

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience to include:

  • Student or recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree/master’s

  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.

  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
