• Coordination, performance and evaluation of all activities related to client training for complete WtX, RG, PtX plants
• Coordination of the training schedule with the client’s personnel, project team, suppliers, commissioning and operation teams and internal specialists.
• Performing on site or online training (supported by online learning media)
• Prepare the interactive training system
• Adapt the templates of learning contents to the specific project conditions and create training materials (text, graphics, photos and animations).

• 3+ years’ experience in plant operation, commissioning, training
• Bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical or process engineering
• Knowledge of process engineering and qualification in adult education
• Understanding of technical connections and authoring activities of training material
• Good knowledge of English and Italian, every other language will be considered a plus
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
