  • Plan, deliver, and assess training programs across meat processing and feedlot operations
  • Coordinate and deliver site inductions, ensuring new employees transition into the business safely and professionally
  • Conduct on‑the‑job and off‑the‑job competency assessments in line with VET and industry requirements
  • Maintain training records, matrices, and learning systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with supervisors and managers to identify training needs and address capability gaps
  • Develop, review, and update work instructions and training materials to ensure currency
  • Support operational compliance with quality, safety, HR, and customer standards
  • Collaborate with Quality and Safety teams to assess risks and embed safe work instructions
  • Monitor training impacts related to equipment, process, or organisational changes
  • Prepare training reports and provide insight into training activity and priorities
  • Champion effective knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the site
Skills and Experiences:
What you'll need:
  • Strong communication skills; confident training a diverse workforce
  • FMCG / production / manufacturing experience in a compliance‑driven setting (preferred)
  • Exposure to training delivery plus safety and/or QA (quality) requirements
  • Capability across the training cycle: plan, deliver, assess, and evaluate training
  • Organised and detail‑focused: accurate training records, matrices and systems (LMS/iLeader)
  • Feedlot/livestock knowledge (preferred)
This role requires a flexible approach (including start times) and ability to work across Inverell/Myola as needed.

Based mainly at out Inverell plant with frequent travel to our Myola feedlot
