Join us as a Transfer Agent in a striving, well-driven team and working in an international environment. In this multi-tasking role, you will assist the Shareholder Services Transfer Agency Team in the implementation of key projects looking to improve efficiency, regulatory compliance and drive strategic change.
It is an expert role that requires and a client facing one at the same time, so you will maintain a proactive relationship with our clients – understanding their needs, adhering to our and established processes and developing new solutions, with the required follow-up support.
We’re looking for a Project Implementation Manager at Transfer Agency that will be:
- driving change by implementing key Transfer Agency projects
- coordinating implementation between teams of our organization
- preparing and releasing investor communication and reporting
- implementing controls and monitor good execution thereof
- providing training of Transfer Agency teams and writes procedures
- communicating with clients and explaining the change and new processes
- supporting Transfer Agency teams operationally when required
- helping with fund onboarding and migrations from external service providers

This is a role for the legal entity UBS Fund Administration Services Luxembourg S.A.
Your expertise
- a university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- very good sense of responsibility, organization, rigor and precision
- very good time management and ability to work under pressure and to prioritize
- team player with ability to collaborate with others
- self-drive, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn
- excellent knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- fluency in English, German or French is a plus
- good understanding of the fund administration processes and experience in the transfer agency area is a must
