ROLE DESCRIPTION

Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will contribute to SES tax team to learn and enhance your finance (or tax) education practical skills to help you further your career.

6-month internships, starting in 1st July - December 2025

As a Transfer pricing intern, you will be responsible to:

Assist in the update of SES Group transfer pricing documentation including Master File and Local Files for main Group entities
Assist in the Outlier analysis update based on the SES Country-by-Country report
Participate in functional analysis interviews and preparation of interview reports
Perform economic analyses including benchmarking studies and valuations
Prepare presentations for various external and internal stakeholders
Assist with coordination of inputs for Tax Risk Memorandum preparation
Support the Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax teams with any other projects on an ad-hoc basis
Provide transfer pricing support on important business projects (e.g. mPOWER)

YOUR PROFILE

MUST HAVE

Current university student preparing a Degree in Finance, Economy, Business or Accounting
Strong English business writing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy including PowerPoint and Excel experience
Ability to work as part of a team
Fluency in English.
EU-nationality / valid work permit for Luxembourg.

NICE TO HAVE

Good proficiency in French is desirable
