Your daily experience as a Transformation Analyst at Optus

As a Transformation Analyst, you will hold an important position in our Transformation Office, aiding in the implementation of pivotal initiatives throughout the company. You will establish reporting systems that promote program transformation and enhance governance. Coordinating cross-functional delivery activities, you will ensure efficient program completions, punctually, and in harmony with strategic aims. Your duties will also encompass pinpointing and handling challenges and ensuring timely interventions when necessary.

Engage with initiative leads, PMOs, and all collaborators to produce reports for business outcomes.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in supporting the planning and execution of central initiatives within a complex organizational environment.

Outstanding ability in implementing and backing delivery frameworks, achievement tracking, and project governance standards.

Shown capability to coordinate initiative resourcing and delivery cadence in collaboration with PMOs and business collaborators.

Strong skills in developing reports to monitor transformation program health, track risks/issues, and ensure timely benefit tracking.

Excellent collaborative skills to facilitate coordination across business units for effective delivery of cross-functional programs.

Analytical approach to track initiative or portfolio performance against key value drivers and support data-informed discussions.

Contributing to capability improvement by sharing standard processes in delivery and project governance.
