Job Purpose
This role is designed to support the planning, deployment, and operationalization of transformation projects, as well as to develop and activate key transformation capabilities within the affiliate (PR Iberia), driving a competitive advantage. Main responsibility will include assisting in the leadership of major transformation program, the ERP model transition in Iberia, by providing project management expertise and ensuring successful implementation and adaptability through effective change management. This will involve guiding and coordinating with business teams across key areas (finance, procurement, operations, and commercial) to ensure alignment and support of given program.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Support the transformation office in the leadership and coordination of its different transformation programs. Main responsibility will be to support successful execution of the ERP transformation program in Pernod Ricard Iberia by overseeing project coordination, change management, and alignment with other transformation initiatives. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective project governance, team alignment, and the successful adoption ERP and of new ways of working.
Project Management and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the project sponsor, project leads, and process leads from Iberia to ensure their involvement in the project and keep them informed of key decisions made with the HQ PMO team.
- Provide support in resolving critical project issues and assist in preparing presentations and documentation as required throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration with HQ PMO:
- Work closely with the HQ PMO team to ensure effective project management practices for the project, promoting seamless coordination and governance between the HQ and PR Iberia’s teams.
Meeting Organization and Coordination:
- Organize and manage internal meetings for the PR Iberia team to facilitate efficient project management, including weekly updates with the Core Team, biweekly meetings with HQ PMO + Change Management and monthly updates with Steering Committee, among other necessary sessions.
Financial Monitoring:
- Track and monitor expenses associated with the project to ensure adherence to budget.
- Participate in financial follow-up meetings between HQ and PR Iberia teams to support financial alignment and reporting.
Change Management Support:
- Identify local change requirements to optimize project execution, including developing communication strategies, integration activities, and enhancements to Ways of Working (WoW).
- Foster adoption of changes by reducing resistance within teams, encouraging a positive attitude, and facilitating the transition.
Support affiliate’s path to readiness
- Assist program leadership in developing and implementing Iberia's path to readiness for the ERP roll-out, aligned with design principles and agreements established with HQ and the consultants' team. This includes structuring and coordinating necessary technology and functional/business adaptations, ensuring a smooth transition, and minimizing risks to the business.
Job Requirements
Academic (Qualifications) & Professional experience required
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree from Engineering or Business School / University.
- >5 years of experience working in business strategy or FMCG business transversal departments.
- 2+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, with business and project management skills
- Strategy consulting background in a top tier firm is a must - key topics touched: Fact-based business strategy, Transformation/ PMO
- 100% fluent in Spanish and English.French is a nice plus.
