O'Toole Transport are seeking a Transport Dispatcher to join our busy, dynamic Transport Team based in Dublin
Founded in 1996 and based in Galway, Dublin & Glasgow the company now employs 200 people.

SHIFT - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
09.00-19.00
Role –
- Dispatching drivers
- Track deliveries and ensure deliveries are running on-time
- Updating TMS with delivery updates and customer updates
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery times
- Ensuring all customer delivery paperwork is dispatched correctly
- Work with all teams to always ensure the best customer service
- General Administration
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements -
- At least 1 year as Transport Planner with an established transport/logistics provider with a proven ability to solve logistical issues to the customers satisfaction.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Be able to work in a pressurised team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Can work solely and on their own initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
