Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Transport Executive to lead Sales & Marketing efforts in the Full Truck Load (FTL) logistics sector. This role is centered on revenue generation, client acquisition, and market expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and working closely with operations to ensure top-tier service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the FTL transportation market.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company targets and revenue goals.
- Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to fully understand their logistics needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Handle client concerns promptly, resolving any service-related issues efficiently.
3. Market & Sales Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
4. Sales Strategy & Operations
- Develop compelling sales proposals and deliver impactful client presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable business deals.
- Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of FTL services.
5. Marketing & Campaign Management
- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote FTL services.
- Coordinate campaigns across channels such as trade shows, industry publications, and digital platforms including social media.
6. Team Leadership (If Applicable)
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and performance goals.
- Contribute to the creation of action plans for effective lead generation and sales conversion.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in logistics sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the FTL transport industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
