Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Transport Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end transportation operations and logistics coordination. The role involves close communication with clients and vendors, arranging third-party truck trips, maintaining Excel-based reports, and handling billing and invoice-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and vendors through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Plan, assign, and monitor third-party truck trips on a trip-wise basis.
- Update and maintain daily operational and transportation reports in Excel.
- Track trip schedules, expenses, and delivery status to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and process trip-related invoices and vendor bills.
- Verify vendor invoices, trip expenses, and related documentation for accuracy and approvals.
- Assist the operations team with logistics documentation, billing support, and daily coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, operations, or transportation coordination (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, including basic billing and documentation work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
