Transport Planner/ Dispatcher Weekend Only Work

Leatrans, a leading transportation company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Weekend Planner/Dispatcher in our Traffic Office. Working schedule 4 days a week-Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our efficient logistics operations and ensure the smooth coordination of collections and deliveries across Europe and the UK. Main Duties Include:

-Plan the collections and deliveries of loads from Europe and the UK, ensuring efficient routing and timely execution.

-Communicate and liaise with drivers and dispatchers to provide clear instructions and updates throughout the assigned routes.

-Monitor load temperatures and promptly report any discrepancies or updates to the relevant parties.

-Regularly communicate with customers, providing updates on load statuses and addressing any queries or concerns.

- Schedule the collections and deliveries of assigned loads & complete all job records

-Monitor any sudden route changes and work with drivers to establish safe routes for timely deliveries.

-Monitor drivers working time (tacho hours) to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Provide drivers with information for safe & secure parking locations.

-Communicate updates and respond promptly to customer queries via phone & e-mail

Hours of Work: Friday 10:00am – 20:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 18:00 pm, Sunday 8:00am - 16:00pm, Monday 8:00am - 16:00pm

Up to €6,000 performance bonus per year.
