Job Title: Full-Time Transport Planner

Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Description:

This full-time, on-site role involves planning and managing transport orders within Ireland, the UK, and the EU. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage transport orders within Ireland, the UK, and the EU.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Plan domestic collections of groupage for weekly export trailers.
• Maintain fleet service and maintenance records.
• Ensure traceability procedures are followed within our transport system.
• Manage new and existing customer and supplier files.
• Coordinate customs documents needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in transport or logistics planning.
• Strong knowledge of haulage operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of customs clearance is a big advantage.

Pay: €32,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
