Job Description:
The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for the daily performance of assigned outsource labor and vendors to ensure service is provided to UPS Mail Innovations (MI) customers. He/She regulates the transfer of freight in and out of facilities. This position selects vendors, negotiates rates, and plans transportation routes to meet customer needs and control costs. He/She provides direction to outsourced labor.
