- You will develop a high-performing team of Planners and Analysts.
- You will manage team consistent with Rockwell Guidelines and recommendations
- You will manage Asia Domestic trade lanes. Ensure lanes are predictable, cost competitive and compliant with regulations.
- You will oversee relationship with Domestic Service Providers and develop standard QBR and performance monitoring.
- Champion improvement projects with providers and business partners by collaborating and aligning with external and internal stakeholders.

You will lead the daily process of all tactical and transactional functions for the Rockwell Transportation team. This will include:
- Routing Guide Adherence
- Schedule Inbound and Outbound Shipments
- Transit Time Reporting and Adjustments
- Cost Performance and Casual Reporting
- Communication regarding shipment performance.
- You will be an escalation point for daily operational issues and guide resolution.
- You will identify operational inefficiencies with existing carrier solution and recommend improvements delivering cost savings and service improvements.
- You will ensure all daily functions are Operating with Excellence, implement process improvements, and monitor daily performance
- You will represent Transportation on cross-functional projects or work-streams in which changes, improvements, or upgrades are needed to the daily processes to support new requirements. Manager will also implement these changes.
- Oversee all financial budgeting, causals and re-forecasting in the required level of details.
- Act like global mindset, partnering with peers in other regions and global centre of excellences.
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

- MBA
- Ten years' experience in the Transportation Industry with progressively increasing responsibility. Minimum three years
- Supervisory experience and two years International Transportation exposure.
- Understanding of Warehouse, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Sourcing and other Supply Chain Functions
- Demonstrated and a track record to lead year-over-year cost-saving projects.
- Experience implementing new processes to enhance the Supply Chain performance.
- World class logistics experience leading edge supply chain techniques.
- Staff and develop the right capabilities.
- Proven Leadership skills including Team building, collaborating, accountability, strategic and innovative thinking; a self-starter with a high energy level.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in a distributed organisation.
- Service orientation and results driven.
- Industry Expertise regarding people, organisations, and functions to build best in class performing Transportation Team
