Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across various industries. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and supply chain logistics to contribute to our company's success. The Sales Representative will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term partnerships. A solid understanding of freight, 3PL services, and sales management tools such as AS400 is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within assigned territories or industries
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate freight logistics, supply chain solutions, and account management services
  • Conduct data entry accurately for order processing, customer information, and sales reporting
  • Present product offerings and solutions effectively to B2B clients via inside sales channels
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or account management within logistics, supply chain, or freight industries
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, 3PL services, and freight management systems
  • Experience working with sales management tools such as AS400 or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry’s terminology and operations is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in managing complex accounts involving freight or supply chain solutions will be considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
