Job Title
Travel Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries for travel services (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Booking domestic and international air tickets
- Designing and selling tour packages (domestic & international)
- Coordinating hotel bookings and travel arrangements
- Preparing quotations and itineraries
- Dealing with vendors (hotels, DMCs, airlines)
- Providing end-to-end travel assistance to clients
- Managing bookings, confirmations, and documentation
- Handling cancellations, rescheduling, and customer support
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of travel industry (fresher can apply)
- Understanding of flight booking systems (GDS knowledge is a plus)
- Good communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations (domestic & international)
- Ability to prepare travel itineraries and quotations
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email handling)
Experience Level
- Fresher with travel course OR
- 1–3 years of experience in travel agency

Salary Range
