Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries for travel services (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Booking domestic and international air tickets
• Designing and selling tour packages (domestic & international)
• Coordinating hotel bookings and travel arrangements
• Preparing quotations and itineraries
• Dealing with vendors (hotels, DMCs, airlines)
• Providing end-to-end travel assistance to clients
• Managing bookings, confirmations, and documentation
• Handling cancellations, rescheduling, and customer support

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of travel industry (fresher can apply)
• Understanding of flight booking systems (GDS knowledge is a plus)
• Good communication and sales skills
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations (domestic & international)
• Ability to prepare travel itineraries and quotations
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email handling)

Experience Level

• Fresher with travel course OR
• 1–3 years of experience in travel agency
