Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a LTC/ Long Term Care setting and possess a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations
- Document patient medical information accurately and timely
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid LPN license
- Proficient in medication administration and medical documentation
- BLS Certified
Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing
Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,750.00 per week
